Hi guys just wanted to add that in my experience i have received attention from all age groups..........i think the youngest has been 19yrs to the around 65yrs and it has not bothered me either way cos i know what my age limits are and who to take on seriously!! However it has not stopped me being flattered by it.
I think it really depends on the individual and how the other person sees that individuality. We can all make assumptions about what we would like age wise but to be honest if you really connect with someone then the rule we have set for ourselves may just fly out the window even if only temporarily.
I try not to worry too much about what men are after !! I lnly know that when it feels right .........i will know! Take care MB x

Nice to meet you! It's great to hear such positve feedback for a change on a site about peeps meeting nice peeps and getting on seriously well with them.
Only too often do we read about bad experiences in life on a site or in the papers so it is good to hear positive stuff also. And by the way will this person really know who you are talking about?? lol

I know cos i recently did it when i took a short trip tO edinburgh for a two day course. Booked myseld into a hotel city centre and by the time i came back i had made loads of new contacts and some one lovely friend in particular!
yes i am off until Tues also and i have some redecorating to do.....................but guess what??? I have never painted a room in my life!!!lol
How sad is that!!! There has always been a guy there to do that for me..........so it's paint on the hair for me i guess this weeekend. Any offers guys????? Only joking.

I just wanted you to know that in the short space of time i have been on this site i have received some real nice mail from lots of lovely peeps and i cannont believe that i have made two lovely friends that i keep in touch with now. One from Belguim and the other from New Zealand. I really do click with them both.
I get on with them fantastically and i just wanted to say that it is thanks to this site for introducing them to me.

Anyone how i would just like to add that i myself, yes do like the Irish accent and feel that both times on visits to Dublin in the past i have had a blast and it was also due to the warm welcome from the people from there who just love to blether!!!
But..........may i add that in my experience of talking to peeps around the world and of course especially the Americans which is what this post is concerned with i have found that they also love the Scottish people, their accent and their open friendliness to all who walks on the land.
And lets not forget that quite a lot of peeps from the USA also descended initially from good ole Scotland, and that is part of the reason that they find themeselves on missions to come and trace their heritage.
Anyway enough said.........wherever anyone is from in the world when you come to Scotland simply you are "Failte!"
You how sometimes something can happen in your life that can either make you sad or even happy and you may even think......" You know what? This has happened for a reason!!" Well might i add that the woman that you are sharing this barbecue with should be SMART enough to invite female friends who will insist that whilst you MITCH are burning the steaks could they please help in any way they can.
So in fact there will be a liiLE delegation going on IN THE BACKGROUND whilst you are trying to impress everyone with your culinary delights of the coals, meantime your lovely female barbecue partner is mingling with all the guests and occasionallly casting an eye over the work that is being done by her so eager to help friends. So..
1. the meat is being prepared by the helpful friends 2. the salads have been tossed by the keenest of salad impressers 3.the plates and cutlery have been given out by who......yes of course them!!
And why cos they all are competing with each other!! But most of truly want to help. True friends xx
When everyone has eaten you then get informed that it was a delightful evening and what a delightful host your female partner has been keeping everyone happy with banter and witt that could only come from the smartest female barbecue partner!! lol
And then later when everyone goes home you remind each other of what a great team you make and how you should make sure that you are rewarded for this team work well.......................cant tell you guys the rest cos ........well if so appreciative of each others merits and hard work.lol well then there just has to be a treat!!!! xxx
