If you want a straight answer to your thread..............YES i do think you should proceed with this as i agree that the laws are out dated and to be honest depending on the management or plus the environmnet of work place i feel that too many times there are many things that go ignored or not looked into properly as far are employees are concerned and how they are treated in the workplace.

What sort of industries are we talking about here because i feel it actually goes on in many types of work environments?

I will be interested to see how this proceeds and what others views are! Also when is the documentary showing?

Hey thanks for you input and it is kind of you to do so and i do agree with the communication bit which i think is the foundation of any sort of friendship or relationship for that matter but if we look more closely to the the true art of communication ...........i mean how do people acutally perceive this word really and do they know what good communication really is and do they value it and understand the consequences without the use of good communication..........oh dear i am going off in a tangent here lol best stop whilst i am ahead.
However i should like to say that indeed i do understand what you are saying but when you say old habits die hard does this mean that men can try to communicate well at first and then just give up when the courting perios is over?? lol

Hmm i wonder? i mean normally when that is over a lot gets forgotten about........and i guess it depends how keen you are on the person!!

Actually i dont think the question needs to come across as aggressive as you say but even when asked in the most loving and caring way men get suspicious!!

lol who said i walked towards them in the first place!! I am a very sensible woman that likes to know certain things before i start to communicate to someone properly so that i know i am not wasting their time or mine and if i dont get a straight answer it is ROOM 101 for them............no loss because you see i do feel i am a good communicator but i am not a time waster so dont go there if i dont think i need to.............lolol but thanks for your input in the thread and is much appreciated from a male perspective!!

I am not kidding i am really coming and it is an event that is going to be held in the Brighton dome! God knows where i am staying yet as i did not organise that but a friend did so i guess i will find out soon as i am leaving thurs 26th and rtning sun 29th.
