I've been reading, thinking about stress and how to live with it. What i found out is to keep on living, prescribe a tourniquet. Breathe deeply and live freely. No matter what you hear you what you wear. you are beautiful. I don't even know you but i am only being truthful. beauty isn't only skin deep. Its all about how you find it. breathe deep and climb the mountain no matter how steep. Live free and dive from the top, you only live once so there is no reason to stop, Drop from the cliff hands in the air. falling down without a care, the world is yours, so stop and stare. Feel the wind in your hair. Falling fast not thinking about the past. Live how you wanna live have no regrets live how you want. live with no stress. Yeah yea yea. Live free and be happy. Sorry to be a big sap. :)
