I am too afraid to say "I LOVE YOU" for fear that I am wrong...You must come around in your own time and your own way...It MUST be with free-will that you recognise and realise your LOVE for me...

When an opportunity is put in front of you
Will you ignore it and let her slip through?
Will you let another take her and say adieu?
Will you stay safe and watch them two?
When time stands still and all is frozen
Will you have a moment to put things in motion?
Will you come forth and show your devotion?
Will you see the answer in an endless ocean?
When she all but suddenly disappear
Will you make contact or be in fear?
Will you be stubborn or are you unclear?
Will you risk it and hold what is dear?
When all seems forgotten and totally lost
Will you watch at your own personal cost?
Will you let your own dreams be quashed?
Will you take that chance and let love come across?
When dreams can come true when you believe
Will you take this as a message received?
Will you see Destiny's magic dust achieved?
Will you be one of two souls interweaved?

About this poem:
I wrote this person to express a thought about an off/on relationship I was in and whether I should end it once and for all. I eventually sent it and said "Bye". He missed his moment.
