Heart Dead

When thy see thee in the arms of another
That thy soul quakes with deathly rage
That the skies begin to mourn, I smother
And the tears tumble upon thy cage

What ludicrous visions impaled thy head
That causes me to dream thou's endless grace
As I awake next morn, thy quite brain dead
"So desperately do thy want to embrace?"

Thy wish'st to bless thee rather gaily
Yet thy sigh, too deep for words to describe
That thy pleas for your love run quite blindly
And thy sparks of seducion a wee vibe

Thy knew not of lust, but the law has said
"Thou shall not covet," thus thy be heart dead!

About this poem:
This is about someone who has loved their friend for so long that they can not stand to let their love be with someone else. The person is then contemplated by the fact that the beauty of their love will not leave their mind, causing that person extreme anguish.

I wrote this when I felt that even though it wasn't a serious experience for my ex, them being so lovey-dovey with someone else right before my eyes, was the greatest pain I have ever went through before. This is just my piece of amateur work, but it does express my true emotions even now.
