The Stable Boy

My Stable Boy

I wake up each morning and look out my window,
to see the stable boy walking the horses,
the horses are a beautiful sight,
but they are not what hold my gaze.

I see the stable boy and smile,
wondering if he even knows I exist.
I picture each muscle beneath his shirt of blue,
and those black jeans, so tight.

What is a girl to do? Am I wrong for wanting you so?
If I'm wrong, I don't want to be right,
I don't want you out of my sight.

How I long to be one of those horses!
To be touched by you, and gently stroked,
to be fed by your love for me.

I picture your arms around me,
my head on your chest,
keeping me safe and secure,
like no castle walls can do,

I long for a glance my way, a smile, a wave of your hand.
When you look at me and I see those twinkling brown eyes,
my heart melts for you.

You think I want a prince, but that is so untrue.
I want a man that I can love,
not one with material riches
or shining armor.
A man that will think I am his treasure
and will fight for me
against all adversities.

Be my champion and take me away to a far away land,
where no one else exists.
Love me today, like there is no tomorrow,
I Love you my stable boy!
Do you Love me?
Please say that you do!
