For myself I wont say in every aspect I would lead , though I have been trained to act on the spot as like do it now not 5 min,s later as it may be to late to act , and I can take control straight away and have needed to and have people work for me when needed even if they have no idear what to do I,ll have them ready and doing whats needed to be done,

and even now I have people work for me so its not an issue and when needed have 15 people work doing the job in hand and sort or change details as we go,

"A budding leader?" - I am a retired military fellow with 25 years service and I wouldn't say that I am budding? I realize that the choice's are meant to be this way but of course 3 or 4 would not be my choice or plan of action.

The questions that has been asked in this quiz are really smart but I do not think that these questions can accuratly define if some one is a real leader.

I was actually surprised to score 95% "A Natural Born Leader." Although I've always known I'm not a follower, I never thought of myself as a Natural Born Leader...more a good team player1

I didn't like this quiz, because I have never been accused of being a follower. Matter of fact, its just the opposite. I don't see how you could've gotten that from my answers anyway.

Well I answered the questions, but the answers givin weren't alway the choices I'd make.
