Work It Out - Triceps, Core, Hips-Glutes-Thighs Workout

In this Fitness video workout, we will target both your Upper and Lower Body together with your Core.

Core: Abdominal Area & Lower Back
Upper Body: Back of the Arms (Tricep Muscles)
Lower Body: Hips, Glutes & Other Thigh Muscles

Exercises performed are:

Plank for the Core
Dips for the Triceps
Fire Hydrant for the Hips, Glutes and Thighs

You can select 3 levels of difficulty depending on your present fitness level.

Please remember to warm up for 5-10 minutes before starting any workout and cool down for the same amount of time towards the end.
