A time for everything under the sun
When one has to stop beating their head like a drum

Perhaps it's just easier to shoot the bullet out of the gun
No more pain once it's done

No more avenues to run the dark day
has come and the darkness overshadows the sun

The fool cries unto himself and the ears of many have grown numb

The light of love has died for the lone one,
as the wolf cries to a pale moon
and his voice is heard by no one

Out of the shadows within his soul
he finds himself with an empty bowl
Feeble trembling hands it falls to the ground yet, it doesn't make a sound

Who accounts for the broken and lost and at what cost?

As faces in the night pass by, pondering their plight questioning if their choices in life gave them all their hearts delight?

What of the fool or those who lost their spiritual sight? Do they have any wisdom to contemplate who is wrong or right?

Do any of their hopes or dreams count for anything
Or are they just thoughts to be blotted by
a scorpion's sting?

The living dance among the dead as the piper plays his song within their head
While the minstrel strums his strings
and the dancers pray in a ring

As they sing to their god and hope for that
approving nod and the digger scoops up the sod

As they float in the air they are a glorious sight

What a perfect system God has created for them
Just as mankind can be forgiven by Him after we sin
He makes us and we enter the world sin free
Only to be influenced and tainted by sin and greed

Because He gave His son to the world to save us from sin
All we need to do is accept Him and He will cleanse us again
We are like snowflakes gathering together in a blanket of white snow
When we are saved by Jesus we float carefree in our faith and grow

How best can I describe
That feeling I have inside
Wonderful and overflowing
Nurturing and always growing

What word could encompass
And contain such great mass
Surrounding and absorbing
Buoyant and so supporting

Changing over time and place
Giving us much love and space
Nourishing both great and small
Supporting of life for all

Capable of my greatest fear
Reassuring of peace so dear
Both dangerous in the world we live
And peaceful as any place can give

The oceans can best describe
All we love and fear inside

To be loved liked you love...
A true heart sent from the stars above....

A hug a kiss we all miss this...
to feel real and to belong sticking TOGETHER like the words to a song....

where does my heart belong...

Be you far or be you near..

Sing us a song of wonderous tales
Let not your thoughts hide behind the veils

Show us a way to brighter days and let us believe our troubles are just a phase

Tell us a story we want to hear to teach us how to change our ways and add life to our years

Touch us in ways to show us you care
Especially when life and love is often unfair

Kiss us tenderly and wipe away our tears
and help us overcome our fears

Write us poems or tales to help us forget our troubles of the day
In the hope it will inspire us to show more love to share in a better way

Give us hope that it's worthwhile living despite all the moments we have felt this world is often unforgiving

Hold us in your loving arms when evil wants to harm
Show us your funny ways and subtle charm

Give us the confidence to brush off the dirt
when we trip and fall
Open our hearts and minds as we listen for your call

Let us see our stubborn ways in the hope we can change our path
in the hope we don't design our own wrath

Seeing the current state of the world around us
we may ask who is really behind this circus

Overall, no matter how big or small, bright or dumb, silly or serious, and everything in between, let us not lose our humanity as we understand it to be seen

They say love conquers all that may apply if those who believe it so, but, if we are not willing to give or receive such or selectively offer it, how effective is the piper's call?
