You make me laugh so loud Obs, I am curling down to my knee..lol

Now I don't know what motives you are trying to imply on accusing me of being a lot like him. You don't know me yet, obviously Obs, inspite of the many discussions about life that we have done. This brings me to ask you, have you any sense of knowing who is who and what do we stand for? If you read my second post, I have explained in detail how I raised my children and what an asset they are, but of course you don't have to believe it. Having said that, at least it would come across your mind that people who make judgment as this sometimes are consistently qualified to know that they are different from whom they are judging or no one will ever learn.

Unless of course, you believe strongly on the effects of hypocrisy.

Anyways, Obs, no I am not like them. I am not rich and even if I were, I would have done exactly how my parents raised me of which I have done and my children are doing the same thing.professor

Hello there Ag. Yes indeed learn it the hard way.

Thank you for being here Ag. I love Coeur d' Alene Ag. I visited there when my friend lived there. A beautiful place.

The Affluenza Teen

wave Zoe, thank you for being here. I pasted on post Number 3.

And here it is again. At least one of the many stories compiled this is the most comprehensive one.wave

"Ethan's father, Frederick Anthony "Fred" Couch, owns Cleburne Sheet Metal in Fort Worth, which has approximately thirty employees and yearly sales estimated at $15 million. His mother is Tonya Lennett (Pope) Couch. Ethan's parents were married in Johnson County, Texas in 1996 and divorced in 2007. Ethan grew up in Burleson and previously attended Anderson Private School.

Ethan Couch drove himself to school at the age of 13, and when the head of the school questioned it, Fred Couch threatened to buy the school. When he was 13, Ethan Couch was cited for "minor in consumption of alcohol" and "minor in possession of alcohol," after he was caught in a parked pick-up truck with a naked, passed out 14-year-old girl. He pleaded no contest and was sentenced to probation, a compulsory alcohol awareness class, and 12 hours of community service.

Family history
Fred and Tonya have each had their own run-ins with the law, publicized retrospectively in the media following their son's conviction. Fred Couch has been charged with criminal mischief, theft by check, and assault, but the charges were dismissed. On August 19, 2014, he was arrested for impersonating a police officer, allegedly displaying a fake badge during a disturbance call. In 2013, Tonya Couch was sentenced to a $500 fine and a six-month community supervision order for reckless driving when she used her vehicle to force another motorist off the road.

Crash
On Saturday, June 15, 2013, according to authorities and trial testimony, Couch was witnessed on surveillance video stealing two cases of beer from a Walmart store, driving with seven passengers in his father's Ford F-350 pickup truck, and speeding (70 miles per hour (110 km/h) in a designated 40 miles per hour (64 km/h) zone). Three hours after the incident, he had a blood alcohol content of 0.24, three times the legal limit for adult drivers in Texas, and tested positive for Valium.

Approximately an hour after the beer theft, Couch was driving his father's truck at 70 MPH on a dark, rural road where motorist Breanna Mitchell's sport utility vehicle had stalled. Hollie Boyles and her daughter Shelby, who lived nearby, had come out to help her, as had passing youth minister Brian Jennings. Couch's truck swerved off the road and into Mitchell's SUV, then plowed into Jennings' parked car, which in turn hit an oncoming Volkswagen Beetle. The truck then flipped over and hit a tree. Mitchell, Jennings, and both Hollie and Shelby Boyles were killed, while Couch and his seven teen passengers (none wearing seat belts) survived, as did the two children in Jennings' car and the two people in the Volkswagen."

How are you What? I like your beautiful picture. Anyways, all I care at this time is for them to pay their debt to society and do time as everyone else.

The stupid judge who scaled the verdict is at fault, too. Do you agree?

The Affluenza Teen

Ooby the latest according to the news is that they changed their hair, appearance, and surely they knew they were in trouble.

The Affluenza Teen

It is very much participated in on the news right now as to how irresponsible these parents are and must be tried, too.

I support the fact that in the beginning those parents based on their response in buying the school is a display of arrogance because of money. That they think money can buy everything.

We know that is morally wrong. Legally unaccountable is even more wrong.teddybear

The Affluenza Teen

That is the same question I ask What. I suspect, the judge herself who issued the verdict should and must be tried to. I have a gut feeling that she was bought out.

Why for that she was so lenient when in fact there are documents to show that run ins in the law pretty much defined their life.

The Affluenza Teen

Yes indeed, it is amazing how they could have been laughing at the system.

It brings me to the irresponsible verdict the judge put on the case.

The concept is good, although there are more appropriate punishment I can think of. I would have incarcerated both parents and the child would have gone to a very serious rehabilitation.

After that, with good behaviour then they will be advocate of good parenting skills, that is after they have learned how to become good and effective parents.

The Affluenza Teen

For those who are not familiar with the story, just Google, "Affluenza Teen" and the story of Ethan Couch from Texas would come up and give you the whole story.

Being a mother of four lovely children, I do know how it is to be a mother. I have one son with whom I love and adore very much. I am aware of the danger of spoiling a child when you become soft and let that child get away of everything.

My ex husband and I at least united in raising these children and instilled in their young minds that whatever they do, must not be anything that they don't want others to do it to them. That it is important to not harm or injure anyone. We believe in the "Ten Commandments" and the Golden Rule of which we practiced and follow.

Knock on wood, my children and all my grand children are still in good standing with the society they live in and the whole world.

If I look at the unfolding story of this case, it is very wrong for the parents to have been absolved on the accountability of this astronomical blunder and even more wrong for the judge to have thrown in a questionable verdict.sad flower

The Affluenza Teen

"Should the mother be charged now that his son is detained in Mexico?

For those who are not familiar with the story, you can Google it and I am sure you will be interested to note how terrible it is to be free after killing four people and get away with it.

Note: Affluenza, what a term.

You are so wise Chris, my respects. I now know yes indeed, and now I know.

I will definitely watch that Chris.

Be careful Kid, the way you are acting? You will have a heart attack.

And while you are at it, you should be ashamed of the fact that you didn't even address the posts of Zmountainman that makes it clear, who you are. A narrow minded person. And you are not worth my time to even talk to.wave

And from here on, I have already written you off...lol

RE: Would Donald Trump make a good President

Met, I apologize for the use of words. You are right, questioning doesn't make anyone a terrorist or in favor of one. It was supposed to have been insulting. He personally insulted me for taking on the side of not favoring the refugees to come to my country, until the assurance of our safety is strengthened. Not that I don't approve of the 4.1 billion Obama slated for their assistance but that they can very well be stationed near their country like Jordan or Turkey as proposed by some of the Presidential candidates in the Republican. Having said that, please go and read the whole thread on the Fake passports issued to terrorist posing as refugees.

RE: Would Donald Trump make a good President

I agree with you Chris..How are are you?

My mentality is that this administration that we are in is very incompetent and nothing has he done that makes him an effective leader. Besides being a liar big time specially with that Benghazi deal. Now I am confident that Trump is really honestly serious on the protection of our country and at the same time focused on making it financially better. I would love all the outsource job to come back with taxes being cut off in big chunks. Medtronics almost move its headquarters to Ireland because of that and it is in the process of negotiation on the tax matters.

RE: Would Donald Trump make a good President

And yes, Trump is my hero and so is Cruz, and or Rubio. I also like Santorum and Huckabee.
