.........Hypocrisy........

Cheers, Bogart!

I think that good BEER and SHOWS are all that we are left to crave for :-)

.........Hypocrisy........

Thank you Obst. for your comments. Thank you L. too.

What about of the things on the political scene, both internal and external?

How do you find your politicians/establishment?

Here is my opinion again: I think that established "democracies" cannot do without hypocrisy. It's the grease in the bearings of countries' machinery. Funny and sad at the same time!

.........Hypocrisy........

IMHO established "democracies" cannot do without hypocrisy. Isn't it fuuny :-).

.........Hypocrisy........

Also I'll add

DOUBLE-FACENESS and

DOUBLE-STANDARDS :-)....

Examples are tons all around...

.........Hypocrisy........

My aim is to make you think a little on this massive sea of clouds that is all around...hypocrisy...

I'll be thankful if s.o. express an opinion or a view.

.........Hypocrisy........

This is a thread all about hypocrisy!....

Do you think that all "successful" people around you are Masters in hypocrisy? ....

Do you think that if you were being a hypocrite like them you would had been a much better fit in the modern society now? ? ?

RE: Russia is spiralling down into recession

IMHO overvalued US dollars and partial cooked books only serve to blind the general public. Real economies are real, while cooked ones are simply cooked.

RE: Russia is spiralling down into recession

C. Last week Bulgaria lost an annual revenues of E400 million from transportation fees by not allowing that a Russian pipeline to pass from here to Central Europe. So what stupid politics or dull politicians are you talking about?

You may also don't know that Bulgaria was the supplier of 80% of all bottled and canned fruits and vegetables consumed in the former USSR.
From that good times it's nothing left. All kinds of factories were destroyed many, many years ago. Fields are not used and the Sun shines over them in vein. And Bulgarians have to go to rainy and windy EU countries to work for the bread. :-)

RE: Russia is spiralling down into recession

One must know that some things matter more than others, C.

Firstly, that funny Trabant car was a German made car, not Russian :-)

Secondly, the LIGHT industry products were the typical image makers of once Western democracies. I mean all that funny small items like swatches, lolly-pops, candies, chewing gums, etc. plus fancy cassette recorders, TVs, fashion clothes and stylish cars, etc. But what about rockets, cosmodroms, space labs, etc.. What about fundamental science that is of importance to the whole of mankind? Things like for example TOCAMAK - a kind of artificial Sun for thermonuclear power generation? Etc., etc...

But now all those small items for everyday domestic use are being manufactured in unimaginable volumes in China and after several years that all produce will be made of plastics synthesized from Russian raw materials, the natural gas exported by "Sila Sibiri" - the new gas pipeline that has just started its construction connecting Russia and China?

I think at the best some Europeans countries will continue to keep good clean cows on beautiful mountain slopes. :-)

RE: Russia is spiralling down into recession

O_D_, I liked your wrings on CS on feeding your chickens, but when you put things on stuff that matters and that you hardly know except from stupid partial propaganda sources, it will bring me just to smile to your ignorance.

Russia is the biggest country in the world of nearly 10 times bigger than USA. It has real economy and an abundance of ALL kinds of resources. It's people are very proud and very capable. So I'll suggest to do more research before writing some smile bringing nonsense. :-)

University education

Yes, Germans are very practical, aren't they? So is their educating system. Is German economy already in need of cheap labor from hunger-stricken and cold-frozen Ukrainians? :-)

RE: ~Christmas~

Strangely I don't want anything that money can buy for Christmas.

I have several reasons for that. Firstly anything material won't make me happy. Secondly anything that can be bought will cause to me to need more to support it - a kind of a spiral that leads to nowhere, as Chris Rea have once sung about it :-).

What I really need is a mate or a partner, or a new friend or two who are not so much concerned of doing a 9 to 5 trivial job :-).

University education

Lately I heard of massive students protests in UK. But don't know nothing more specific. Was it that enormous 27,000 per year uni fees? Or other social economic issues?

Why children are happy?

Strangely none have added coz children have friends.

Yes, B., many thousands ofpeople in USA are homeless too. On French TV channel I've watched about this kind of street life in Los Angeles area. 210 bucks per month are given by the govt. each to sustain life and not to loot.

What one can buy with $210, B.?

RE: Relocating to Bulgaria?

That is Canada. Sorry for you!

RE: Relocating to Bulgaria?

Today here at noon it was 5 degrees Celsius above 0. U-uh, very cold! Yet, no wind whatsoever. Anyway, it's good that they say it will go up next week to +10!

RE: Relocating to Bulgaria?

Oh, it seems this Belgian "promoter" of Bulgaria have forgotten another substantial difference. Here we eat bread, where she had a second home - boiled maize/corn flour. :-).

I know Italians eat pizza, spagetti, makaroni, etc.., Chinese rice, etc.

How would you like lutenitsa on a slice of bread? That is a tasty concentrated paste of cooked red peppers, tomatoes and just enough sunflower oil, plus...

Why children are happy?

Yes, who loves forgives everything. That's the best test for love known to mankind :-). When love expires forgiveness is gone.

Yes costs of university education are appallingly/too-o high in liberal USA and UK. But not so in old Europe. :-)

Wake up 5 years to 6!

???

I suggest u go to a crystal glass shop. It will be fun.

Today at midnight there is a great boxing match. I have seen the result....

RE: Relocating to Bulgaria?

Well, iosis, I have understood you perfectly as words speak for themselves. So there is no point of arguing. Furthermore I dare to say I understand your kind of human logic quite well, and I am not laughing at it, maybe just smiling.:-) Next time I propose you to promote s.th. you have seen/experienced, etc. It may be for example s.th. important that we don't know about yr country.

RE: Relocating to Bulgaria?

Well, iosis. You probably lived in our North-neigboring country of Romania. There a several substantial differences between us:

Firstly here, to the South of this beautiful 500 km long mountain range called "Stara Planina" climate is not so continental/harsh; That means it's more mild - no such temperature extremes, cold Northern winds, etc..

Secondly, people here are Slavic by origin, not Dacians/Tracians like in Romania. And we and the Russians use Cyrillic not Latin alphabet. These 6 more letters serve us so well that we don't need to decorate letters with dots and bars like other Slavic nations do, like the Check/Polish. Furthermore it's easy to learn - what you hear is what you write... See my thread on that topic.

Thirdly, Gipsies here are one fourth of the percentage as compared to Romania.

....
Alo people here don't get that so much money, but things don't cost so much too. Generally, I don't think that you Westerners live better than us. Not to say that you work like horses all life long to end up in solitude in care houses for old/ill people.

And freedoms? You are free to drug yourself :-); And to mass propaganda democracy so as to attract cheap easily over-exploitable amass of immigrants, that as a matter of fact return to their home country in 89 percent within an year. It seems this turned to not enough so started another round of destruction all around...:-).

I also doubt very much you live in democratic countries coz you are not free, simply washed...:-)

RE: If a women asks you random questions about marriage are they interested in you or just being nice an

Yes, Western managers are well-thought how to make people's lives miserable :-). Everything for the profit, eh! Long live the hypocracy!
Forget/ban the works of German philosophers too :-)

RE: If a women asks you random questions about marriage are they interested in you or just being nice an

Catico, believe me you are underestimating yours;
but being humble on that topic is a must, you know it.

RE: If a women asks you random questions about marriage are they interested in you or just being nice an

Facts are that even in a so much hypcricy thriving environments resonances of human hearts find their true way at least half of the
time.

Good handsome lads should listen to their hearts not emvious people, for happiness is like a rare bird that can be scared away for the next lifetime.

Give it a TRY!

Oh, settling down may boost your career as bosses will see you as a serious man. And with your first child you will become much more wise and important a man!

RE: If a women asks you random questions about marriage are they interested in you or just being nice an

My vows to you Catico! You are the most intelligent woman on this site and probably very high in the ranking of entire Germany too.

RE: If a women asks you random questions about marriage are they interested in you or just being nice an

Oh, yes I see your point and I have considered this situation too.
It's a very hypocritic morality that only serves the business owners well; But not the working people/humans. In many countries such morality has never been enforced. Pure protestants :-).

Wake up 5 years to 6!

Yes, a little bit of pure fun is better than nothing :-).

But I say again I'm serious!

RE: deportion

Yes. How big is your town Cray?

Many students/people here still believe in the American wonderland dream. :-)

RE: deportion

Yes. This is wild West/pure capitalism in action.
