Yep, you'll find 99.9% of people on the forums are the genuine article. You'll get to know us all if you are here long enough. Just remember most of the stuff you see here is said tongue in cheek. G'day Tru!

Lot of them use different names and addresses. If one persona doesn't work they try another. Sadly they never stop completely, but after they've tried it on a few times and it hasn't worked they get the message and leave you alone (at least for a while. I had one only a week ago from a bird whose profile said she was from Brisbane. Next day I saw the same photo (almost the same profile) but this time she was from Ohio. Reported her and she was removed from the site but I'll bet she's still here using yet another fake profile and different photo. Next one you get, ask to video chat on Skype. I find that stops them in their tracks. Been on here now over 2 years and have only had 2 genuine contacts from Oz. All the rest were fakes. Most of them were from 30 somethings so that is a dead giveaway from the start. Hang in there, you'll find the real deal sooner or later.
