well i think its down to individual some people will go through their whole life and not meet anyone else after a loved one departs maybe in your friends case she provided him with what he needed to cope with bereavement everyone reacts and cope different to a loved ones death sometimes in suprising and very unexpected ways even to ourselves

ah jasus not being smart but you only 28 time to enjoy single life and to answer your question being with someone is not an achievment making it on your own and having a independent life is that allows you to be with someone on your terms
well after 15 months i think its safe to know what it is you both want from the relationship question is do you both want same thing sounds to me like he dont ,but maybe hes just hoping to have his cake and avoid the commitment only way is sit down with him ask him straight where do you see this relationship going maybe he will settle down if asked out straight but if not and you want more dont settle for 2nd best move on

well i think there is a clear division on whether people mind it or not personally i dont and been guilty of going off topic myself but i know a very good friend who hates it but wont be first time we disagree on things lol at end of day the secret may be somewhere in the middle a few posts going off is ok once the whole thread not taken over and it gets back on topic after a couple of hi and how are yous
