I haven't had a message, even an IM attempt, flirt or ANYTHING for weeks & weeks.... I wondered if my profile is actually visible to others?
....if the girls makes contact first when she reads a profile she finds interesting and wishes to know more about him?

Had enough, too many cowboys.... men don't want to have any other means of contact apart from IM, which I disabled. How sad. I'll go to another site otherwise. If you would like to IM, just ask first: when it is convenient for both, we can chat. Simple
I've had it on good authority that menopause is the main culprit and apparently there's 2 or 3 more years of this to go before it mercifully ceases...
I often sign in as 'appear offline', so as not to be annoyed to a certain 21 year old who pesters me to meet up and 'fool around'. I know I can just tell him to go jump but he's pretty thick-skinned and this stuff just water off a duck's back....
Just had a 24 year-old IM me... within 15 seconds he was asking me for my msn. No intro, have no idea of his name, NO PHOTO, and NO chance to find out about him or look at his profile!!! And he's Australian, not from a country known for scammers or somewhere non-Engish! Couldn't believe his audacity. You get that kind of thing on Ta**ed.com & it's almost always people from other countries.
Of course I kicked his butt
...anyone else ever feel like they have to actually PROVE they are older than what others perceive them to be???? I'm not complaining but it gets a little 'old' when I see people's amazed reactions when I tell em your my age... it gets even better when I tell them I have adult children in their 30s (2)
