I have found The Real Estate Station. HGTV... Have you seen Live it or List It, or Property Brothers, or maybe House Hunters? It is very good and you may like it also. Are first I thought it would.be another boring cable station, but to my surprise it was not like that are all. The renovation process, and the buying and selling. The REAL PEOPLE.
It all added up to high quality television. What do you think of it? And give it a chance if if you have not watched it before. Hope you enjoy it like I do, and letter me know what you think.

I just bought a new Android. Wow, is there a lot to learn, and the keyboard is a hassle. I won't let go of it though!!! How about you? Do you get frustrated and want to throw it out the window...But wouldn't for anything.

I like to wear a tie. It seems we have moved away from wearing ties, a lot, not altogether, but a lot. I recieve my best complements when I wear a tie, or even a suit and tie. I understand things seem to be more relaxed these days, but I think we have lost something when we stopped "Dressing Up" as
much...Don't you think it is a good thing to show respect for others and yourself, for me by wearing a tie. Don't you think
we have relaxed a little to much? A little more formal would be a good thing, wouldn't you think? Now I also say there are many times to relax. Many times leave the suit and tie off. But also return to the suit and tie at least a little more often

I would like to spend time in the chat rooms, including here on CS. I find chat rooms hard to get involved in. Is it me? I honestly wonder. Are chat rooms generally difficult to get involved in? Don't tell me there are scammers there too...Please!
Is there a secret to it or do I have to try harder. I don't want to push to hard, do most people have to make a strong effort? Shouldn't most people be welcomed in??? Or are they. I think I need to learn the art of chatting in chat rooms. I would also like the chat rooms to clean up their fowl language! I can do that, but I want a friendly atmosphere. I would appreciate your tips and advice. All comments also, good or bad, like them or not, I'm asking for it???LOL???Thank You all in advance for your input, and please let me know what you think of chat rooms yourself.
I like computer games, especially on CS. This is where I learned to have a great appreciation for games. I started here and and plan on continuing in the games. I have made the top 10 in a few games...That I like a lot. I think it is good for the mind. It's a good and healthy form of entertainment. I reccomend you all give the games a try. Maybe you will find the real enjoyment that I have. It's one of the great parts of the internet. Hope to see you in the CS Games...Have fun!
Why do those of us that smoke get rejected as much as we do??? We have been made by our society to be violent criminals. We are not, many great people have been GUILTY of this great crime. At the same time such monsters as Adolf Hitler have been anti-smoking advocates. You would have been shot or put in a concentration camp if you lit up a cigarette around the likes of
"Herr Hitler" who was cruel and inhumane. Do you hate smokers also? Maybe your one of the decent people that show kindness and respect for those of us that smoke. As it is a fact that I do not drink alcoholic beverages, It is also a fact that I do not hate nor reject those that do.
Now let us be unified and stop this segregation and shake hands
and come out NOT fighting, but conversing
and care about one another. Thank you all who will consider my calling out to you!
AS IT STATES ABOVE, MUSTARD IS THE WORST FOOD ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. I WOULD RATHER HAVE MANURE ON MY DINNER TABLE THAN MUSTARD. IF I WAS DICTATOR, I WOULD BAN THE STUFF. DO YOU AGREE? CAN YOU SEE MY POINT OR AT LEAST UNDERSTAND MY DISGUST FOR MUSTARD. I wonder why a great game show like "Deal or No Deal" went off the air. I liked it very much. It was one of my favorite programs
on television at the time. It seemed well planned, and with all the features like Howie Mandel, the Banker, and of course the Ladies, it was popular, very entertaining, and more...It was something that I looked forward to watching. Well if it is possible I sure hope that it comes back on the air. Thank You all for reading this blog.
The kind of woman I am seeking Is caring, sensitive, and warmhearted. Not critical and rejecting, but accepting and friendly, not looking for a fight, but seeking peace. She wants to be loved and to love. There must be respect between the two of us. Admiration of each other would be important. Honestly in my view, looks do count, and it goes both ways. Would some one want their spouse or LTR, or date to be viewing them as ugly and unattractive. If you had to tell them the truth would you want to tell them they are ugly? I think most would not. but remember beauty IS in the eyes of the beholder. I also require that I treat my Lady right as a Lady should be treated. I hope she can
be serious, and enjoy great humor also, and be the type that brings that side of me out, so we can laugh together. She is the type that deserves the very best that I have to offer her. She is not perfect, and knows it. She also knows I am not perfect.
Yet we can LOVE one another.
My favorite television series has to be "Combat!" The 1962-1967
tv series had much to offer, including my favorite two part episode, "Hills Are For Heroes" an anti war story, and does quite
a lot to get people to thinking. Over their budget, and past time limitations to make this episode, it is a must see. Many other episodes are of the highest quality television ever produced. Going into the second season, it seems to me the series settled into it's routine of stories with lessons in life, and about people and how people work. It is also highly entertaining as well. I hope the public will continue to learn
and grow in themselves as they have for decades now.
