what do you do if you find somebody you really like but there a1,000 miles away, no chance of meeting face to facehandshake

That is easy. You hop a plane and fly to see them. You will probably find, thought, that things are not as they appeared to be. Then there is that long trip back home with all the disappointments.crying

Been There done That , Drove for 14 hrs once, was there two minutes, got back in my car and drove 14 hrs back.
Swore I would never do it again.

met one by phone, spoke for hours every day, we got really into each other, he was to come and visit, then he had a bad day and needed someone to be with him, and i was 900 miles away, my heart was broken, and so it goes.........

I have that problem but he is 5000 miles away. We talk on yahoo when he can come on but it is very hard. The distance keeps us away from each other. He is unhappy so I am guessing this isn't going to last much longer.
The only thing to do is still be friends I guess.
I hope you find someway.....Let me know

Trust me, it can be done! I am 7000 miles, 12 time zones and a whole day behind the one I love. I would kill for a 1,000 distance. We are trying to correct that but it takes time. Anything worth having is worth working for! Go for it! applause
