Dont you know that a blind person can feel that somebody's staring or somebody's around him/her w/o making any sound or talking? professor uncertain

i know that my blind friend in England was amazing, he was blind from birth and has special gifts to overcome his handicap,sense of smell,hearing, and movement of the air around him,applause wine

How many times have you been looking down or looking in another direction and you can feel that someone is staring at you? You look over to where you feel it's coming from and sure enough they are. Awkward! It's the same thing except blind people's senses are more heightened obviously.
