Please can anyone explain to me what this NSA is a

I sometimes come across this on people's profile.. "looking for NSA" what is it really and how will you know if someone wants NSA but pretending otherwise?

Thanks all ..very insightful. but how can you tell if a supposed relationship has all the hall marks of NSA.. THERE MUST BE SIGNS!
