Secondly, make an immediate appointment with your local Doctor's Surgery and ask for a prescription of anti-depressants, around 40mg per day of Citalopram for low mood would be a good start. Whereas if you require more zonking, I would reccommend Prozac in a 60mg dose if your Doctor thinks that is wise, and permits.
Thirdly, whilst you are striving to get to grips (and or come to terms with your depression) consider becoming involved in a low level capacity of voluntary work to enable you to acquire a different (and less insular/isolated) perspective. Helping others in a voluntary capacity can help us to help ourselves.
Fourth, you don't say whether you have/had any family and or friends or relatives to whom you could turn during a crisis to offer their emotional and psychological support? If you do have this kind of social network available to you, do use it, I urge you!
Fifth, Are you a religious person? If so, make an approach to your local Spiritual Leader and ask to talk with him or her in private. Explain your concerns; what has made you unhappy. Hopefully the local religious community will offer both their prayers and their support to you during these difficult times.

I have never met you, know nothing about you nor what it was that brought you to this place with such anguish. However, I do feel for you. And I will offer prayers this morning for God to deliver you from whatever has made you feel so unhappy.
