Disappering Profile (disappering act)

Well here is my adventure online, so I met this person; he seem rather nice. We sent a few e-mails back and forth and I took it to the next step which is to give my number. He had seemed rather interested in me, but I am always cautious, is he really living here or is he a scammer. Anyways, I never got a call, I was like ok, maybe he got busy or maybe he is a scammer. Anyways, I came back online and saw that his profile is gone. Hmm, I don't know about this online thing. It is so much easier when you meet someone offline, you don't have to wonder nothing to much such as if he is a scammer pretending to be living where he is not.

I've noticed it, too. Some are appearing and disappearing from time to time. Well, everybody has some reasons for such behaviour, I suppose. But when it comes to somebody you are particularly interested in, it would be amusing to find out the frequency of this action. The periodical scheme of their "now you see me, now you don't"...laugh

@scotch, I guess I could have done the skype thing. I just was not thinking of that, since he is the one that made first contact, and he appears to live in the area, so I was hoping to find out whether he was geniune in real life real soon. It had appeared that he wanted to meet real soon, I guess that is why I am a little thrown by the disappearing act.

@vyoletta, Well you would think they would not disappear if they are really interested in the person, maybe that is just it; they have no interest and only comes online to play games.

yes you are so right and you do know that its not just men that do this,so i myself will say as you will see on my profile that i will only communicate after the first contact by skype as you will see what you are in contact with and you can look them in the eye ,,so please be carefull out there ok lips handshake comfort kiss
