I work for a private company as a PA. But it seems to me I have too much time even though I have tried many things to make myself busy.
Let me tell you some basic information about my work. It doesn't require many skills. All I need is blindness to many stupid things in various forms and from the managerial levels only. Just like today our Finance Manager (Freak) invited our boss (Lame Duck) to attend her mother's cremation scheduled this Saturday.
No idea what inspired her to use the company's supplies for making invitation cards. I don't think Freak loves the company so much that she must add everything belonging to the company in her life. Simply, I think she's stingy (smelly most of the time).
After producing many cards, she enclosed them in the blank envelopes with the company’s red logo on. Abnormality made her proudly present the card to Lame Duck. Judging from the formal look of the envelope, the latter happily prayed that it would be Freak's resignation letter.
However, he found himself invited to attend the cremation. He went crazy by checking with other staffs if they got the invitation, too. Luckily, to Freak, we are not at all important. Sometimes it’s not too bad to be unimportant to someone, especially those who are loony.
As for the small things (they are things monks use in daily life such as matches, soap, detergent, candles, etc.) we must give to monks during the rite ) Freak said she was not going to buy anything. Instead, she would borrow what the monks already had and repacked them before giving them to the monks. What the heck is she thinking of? I seriously have a pity on her late mother.
On one Chinese New Year’s Day, Freak said she was going to buy 3 pieces of KFC for her ancestors. A staff asked her why. She said she herself wanted to eat fried chicken. Big pity for the gods and goddesses who flew down from heaven just to see 3 small pieces of KFC in a plate for them. It's a waste of time indeed. If I was a god, I would fly by Freak's house, throw dog poo at the roof and would not visit her again.
