When I get angry now how to deal with it
When I get angry.Now I am learn to deal with them.
To walk away.
Relaise I have feelings and all this time did
not relised what those feelings are.
Now started to dealing with those feeling and now
I am started to feel.
Then getting angry.
I can relised what it is.
And be for I wanted a pill to take those
feeling way.
It is ok to feel that way and deal with it.
I get over whelm then get angry and try to deal
with it.
