Flakes, just curious how others deal with them.

I know everyone deals with lots of flakes, aka people who write you at first but little later they hardly reply back or take forever, i was asked a question would you rather write tons of people who are flakes or write a very few who are actual friends, simple question i picked few who are actual friends, and we all meet a few selected good friends on here, but even they have bissy lives sometimes aint always on here, so we write new people as its nice to receive and send messages, and also because were not having luck with the ones we know real well, anyways ill write someone new we get along great, weather they write everyday or every few days isnt the problem atho i perfer everyday lol, but a lot of the time they dont reply back, example we will write a few times each and one of my messages they dont reply to, which ok no big deal they can reply later through out the day, but after 2 to 4 days they still haven't replied, so ill re send them another message just to see how there doing whats up ect, it gets old and its irratating, and embarrassing, it also makes me feel they lost interest, found someone better to talk to, i feel odd re sending another message because it makes me feel that there feeling obligated to write me back, i dont want anyone feeling obligated lol, i dont need advice on how to approach woman i know how to talk to them, im not the only guy that goes through this, im wanting to get feedback comments as im curious how you deal with them, i mean eventually i delete them or give up stop talking to them, but theres so many that are flakes i cant believe no one is really looking for a relationship, i refuse to believe there just to shy lol, flakes also take up are time, i know that theres a report option if someones a scammer, but this site should have an option were people can choose a rating 1 through 10 and the rating would show several options example 20 people rated this person to be a flake rating 8, 15 people rated this person to play emotional games rating 3, more other list would be involved to so that people who take looking for someone serious will know weather to write that persons profile, and they cant delete them like shout outs either, to many people are getting away with taking up everyones time, any ideas lol ? thanks
