the pace is picking up

today was filled w many, many activities...what a workout, and just finished the day up working out dancing...am determined to keep the good vibes going...each day i feel more and more like myself and am putting all the sadness behind me...once in awhile shall hear a song and i get immobilized but, it is just for a short while and am then back on track...tomorrow the beach...oh yeah cause it's suppose to be 99 around here...wine

Hi sounds ok long as its not too hectic, enjoy the beach i love it and i live right near it.Winter here too cold for swim but good for sitting in the sun!wave
