Snow in Africa????

I would never have believed this had I not seen it with my own eyes. Oh and not to forget that I am freezzzzzing cold!!

I need to win the lottery so that I can buy myself a tropical island somewhere. It has to be summer and hot all year round, with not one sign of cold.
It has been snowing here for a few hours, but mostly the sun comes out and it melts again. Just unreal!!!!

I had this wonderful experience to enjoy Jo'burg snowing in the nineties. the chaos on the M1 was unbelievable too.

Southern California is the closest to that tropical Isle I have always wanted to be in because I hate the cold ALOT! It gets rather cool in the winter and sometime downright cold, but all in all, it's pretty nice here.

My kids and G-kids keep me close by but I do wish I was some where nice and warm all the time. Good luck. Get yourself a nice heavy coat!
