My prayers

---I do not pray , when pressure,tears, insistence come.Useless.Communication spirit towards Spirit, not emotions/thoughts towards Spirit to pray. Intercession with groans/unknown languages. God is Spirit and where is the HSpirit, there is freedom.
An walking praise everywhere into your heart, result of being filled the Holy Spirit with.Heart s melody praises God.
---Daily i pray what Jesus has said : Our Father, who art in Heaven hallowed be your name...
---I pray before meals and bless the food in the name of Jesus, giving thanks.
---I pray, when the Holy Spirit visits me supernaturally by Grace / His will, without efforts, demands or plans. Guidance.Filled this way, i know what to pray about in the name of Jesus Christ. God has saw my need and extends/stretches His invisible hand for help.
