a lot of this starting happening when we switched to systemic pesticides (neonicotinoids: imidacloprid). there are different theories about why the bees are suffering CCD, but i believe it should be stopped, and industrial giants like Monsanto should be held accountable.

It is a very serious problem not only for agriculture, because many plants depend on bees for reproduction. Also, if a species dies out it causes an unpredictable effect on all the others, as the dominoes placed in a row.

Bees and frog are two of the best indicators of earth health, and they are both disappearing.

And let's not forget Dow Chemical, also.

Did you know that a lot of ice cream flavors come from plants that are polinated by bees? So if the bees disappear, so do your favorite flavors of ice cream. WAH!!!

Monsanto is the company that caused a major catastrophe in India, and then denied any culpability or help for the situation. They just took off and headed elsewhere, like the bullies they are.
