Chloe Belle Day

Chloe passed at about 4:20 this afternoon. We buried her on a friend's brother's property (see above pic - the circle is where her grave is). She has a nice view and is buried next to Sammie-girl, my friend's cat. Not getting into details, but the process was very quick and smooth, even though I couldn't stop crying.

Sofie is doing very well. I think she already knew days ago that Chloe was going to die. It is so empty in my apartment now. Everywhere I look, I can see a memory of her. She may not have been human, but I still just lost and buried my 2 1/2 yr old daughter. I feel numb.

Thanks to everyone for the comments and emails. They have been comforting.

More often than not many people feel the loss of their 'pets' much more deeply than even one of their own relatives or friends...and when you try and think why, it makes perfect sense; a symbiotic relationship always goes deeper than any and when combined with the power of love with/to such small innocent creatures that when they pass on, we have indeed just lost a bit of heaven. Thank God for them all.
My condolences.
My condolences.

I know what is to lose a loved one that was so young. I can remember more about each of my furry companions then I can remember about my friends.

Always remember that no matter where they are, they are still alive in your memory and always watching over you.

All animals go to heaven, the Humans have a harder registration process.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your pet. I have a dog of my own and he is very close to me since I rescued him from the east side of Indianapolis. I hope that things gets better for you.
