Feeling Lost

Drank alot lastnight , didn't like the feeling of the side effect of drinking to much, felt like I was gonna panic and lose my mind. I went to the bar with my cuzin and had some more drinks to take the edge off. I drank a little tonight and feel calmed down. Feel tired but anxiety comes back off and on. Really bothers me when i try to sleep. heart rate beats hard. feel my chest pounding. Am I addicted to drinking? Drink so much someday I feel like Im gonna die from drinking, I just hope theres a women out there I can build a relationship with and help me take it easy in life without drinking. My band and friends help me keep living. most important is family also. What to do ?

it doesnt sound like u need a woman but help from a doctor, to help you deal with the root of the problem and not band-aid it with a woman

I do agree with Cherriebabe here. You need professional help with you problem. There is NO woman who want a man who drink that much.

So I do believe like Cherrie says, do go see a doctor and get help, and stop drinking, it is so bad for you. Maybe when you are sober you can find a nice lady.teddybear teddybear teddybear

you need to see a doctor and get help before u get involve with anyone,its not easy maintaining a relationship with a drunkard! It will be very stressful for the other person, u need to understand that and stop thinking about urself only comfort
