Cmiyer, thank you. A very interesting blog today, and good words to live by for anyone who will listen. I try to eat well and I need more the 3 meals aday, because of my diabetes. 3 melas are way to little for me. I need at least eat 5 times aday, not much but a little. This has become a habit for me, like me going to bed and get up att he same time every day. I know when something happen and i do not go to bed as I use to, my whole next day will feel ruined. But sometimes I have to babysit my grandkids and have to stay up later then usual. But I do have a much better life while living it the way I do. Have a wonderful day/night. teddybear hug bouquet
