Police Chief Gone Wild

It seems the chief of police in a small town put a video on youtube.com of himself shooting full automatic rifles and a full automatic pistol while cursing supposedly at gun grabbers in general promoting the second amendment, the right to bear arms.
How screaming profanities while shooting guns (that most gun owners can't legally own) promotes gun owners rights to bear arms is beyond my understanding. He was shooting like he had a army of a thousand men attacking him! Next, with his lawyer, he talks to a reporter to give his side of the story. He said he did it, would do it again, to show his support of all Americans having the right to bear arms and his actions are constitutionally protected under freedom of speech. He's wearing a Massod t-shirt, not an american flag or shirt supporting gun rights. Who is this dude REALLY pissed at, because he's not supporting gun rights. Now he says he can't leave the house unarmed because he and family are threatened. Between looking at video and him being police chief, does any right minded person think this cowboy is ever without a gun? I think he needs a complete psych evaluation before returning to work if he still has a job because the state of PA is willing to accept the possible liabilities.
