Be careful in this site, hard to tell the real goo

I got to this site, connectingsingles, thinking I can meet so many people for free, why do I have to pay to meet new friends all over the world? Then I put my picture, wrote my profile the way I really describe myself but stupid of me not reading the scam warning! Boom! I got so many messages not knowing it's from scammers! Holy moses! I was replying messages and because I don't really like this site very well I shared my email for convenient communication, gush another big mistake! Please for all of you new on this site DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT trust anyone here unless you search that person well. The bad thing about this site they can copy anything you write in your profile, copy and paste your pictures to make their scams real. Scary? YES, very much so!

I always wonder are there real good people in this site? I would like to know more about Norway. I know I put Norway on my location but that's because I want to meet people there.. I mean people not scammers.

just use your common sense and you'll be fine...blog n forum are also not 100% warranty... just beware of some who can change their location that are not in the same regional list...example : from Australia to Turkey or Italy...from Pakistan to UK...and from Carribean Sea to Arab countries... and they ignore to give their contact when somebody try to connect with them...

For all of you who wrote some comments, thank you. It is a good thing that some people do say what they have in mind. Yes, still there are some people out there that are not so negative or still trusting because they have hope of people's goodness. Maybe we can call it naïve but there are cons and pros on everything.

On guard and be open to possibilities as well. Everybody's comment enlighten not only me but others. Thanks again.

Welela, I realized you are not accepting emails. Reading your post cracked me open :) :) No the birdie didn't flew actually. I think you are a Filipina. I requested to be your friend if you don't mind. I'm afraid to ask everybody but let me do it like baby steps :)

So, Welela what's the best food you can tell me that I must try if ever I got to Norway?
