Memories breaks us or makes us laugh?

Everyone has a small kid in his/her heart who searches for special love,care & attention,before two years a friend of mine met with a girl on internet and they chatted for hours and hours,exchanged contacts and came closer to each other and finally the day came when they decided to meet face to face,the girl was from Poland.She reached India five months after having good conversation time spent on the web,after having good moments together girl returned to her nation.Things were going well if this would not have happened,my friend was hospitalized for one month and when he recovered he tried to contact her,wrote many emails,called up her number but unfortunately no reply,after two weeks he got a call from her & got him a reason to smile again,one day she expressed her feelings for him and proposed him but he rejected her proposal,next day he realized he will lose a true love for what he was searching for,immediately called her but no reply,he opened his mail account to contact her but he already had one recent unread mail from her,"Sushmit thanx a lot for giving me so beautiful moments,you added life to my days I love you a lot and if i comes to this world again i need you".He immediately called upon her home contact and got the news that she had brain tumor and died in the morning.
