so blessed

I could say the best and most preciuos thing we could ever dream of is being a part of a flock built in love and nurtured with understanding, patience and trust, despite all sort of spices in it. I could say I am so blessed being a part of a flock called a family,a quite big one for the matter.
Till this day it's quite hard to imagine how two people from a middle class educate and inculcate a bunch of kids the essential in life despite the absence of material abundance. I salute these two people, who are my folks, and admire them of how they have nurtured us. With their mantra handed to us that goes'education is wealth'.
Mind you, they had opposite views, and even personalities of course ecxcept about education, yet their love for each other was so apparent in their everyday life till the other half was taken away by cancer. It was a hard blow for us all especially his other half, our mom, yet since he was a great man though a silent type, his absence has become our strength. It's been 11 years since he left us for good yet the 12th child in the family is now on his OJT. Oh and I am the 4th. ^^
A story of two great people who stood the storm for a family they considered their wealth. And a great inspiration to their children who wish to find such wonderful gift of a partner, willing and sincere in building a family, not mainly based on earthly blessings, but a real soulmate they can connect and be beside each other despite the uncalled storm around.
Indeed, I strongly believe that the success of a family is basically founded by a man and a woman bind together as one. Two people bound to be together and creates wonderful children that could withstand all unwanted occurences with each other as strenght. Two people who found strength in each other with things seemed clouded with doubts and hardships.
For me it's a story worth telling and a true love worth searching...
