Finding Miss Right in Non Denominational Church ha

Hello there I am John 37 single in Champaign,IL USA I attend Unity Chuch in Urbana IL I have been trying to find a girlfriend while at Unity but it has never worked I have friends who say that church is the best place to find love but so far it never seems to find me. I often wonder what do I have to do in order to find love I am almost 40 and I want to be married before then but it has never happened what do I have to do....

Go to search on CS. Put in the qualities you are seeking. Look at several profiles. Send out some flowers/mails. You'll likely get some responses. And then...

Does it happen? Yes. Does it happen often? Probably as often as it happens in a church, big box store, grocery or any other location. Perhaps more often here than the other places.

But yes. It can happen. Trust me on that.

I never heard of going to church solely to find a wife. Not sure what the best method inside a church would be.

aaww, JJ, in your comment you say "YOU have been trying to find a girlfriend" You miss out on the most important part, you didn'tsay you've asked your HELPER... have you been praying asking GOD to bring THE WOMAN HE has chosen for you into your life? Pray, Ask, Seek, and Knock, and whatsoever you ask when you pray, don't doubt and it shall be done unto you, is not this the promise of the Lord?

Sometimes we stand too close to the mirror and can't see for looking laugh... sometimes we look for those things that are not good for us, and when God brings us the person HE knows will fulfill our every need we reject her/him/it because its not what we desire. Who knows she just might be seated next to you in church... just make sure you have your act together when due season rolls around and you do find her. As the Coaster of the 60's sang, "Gonna find her", and you will find her, if you pray, ask, seek, and knock... Stand back from the mirror and look around and see what you see through the glass dimly.

Remembering..Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, BUT a woman who fears/honors/love/trust/respects the Lord, she shall be praised

Also, get involved in the activities of the church,Sunday School, singles groups, usher board, choir, etc... don't just be going to church for the purpsoe of finding a girlfriend, bench-warming ...geeezzz get busy doing somethng. And be patient and let patience have her perfect works in you, you're a young man. dunno

I would take Pepps' words to heart. My eyes nearly melted in their sockets reading all her "garble." lol

I don't think Pepps has ever written so much on the blogs. But in all honesty, she is 100% right on the money. Just because women attend church, does not make them automatic Saints.

You need to bring your "game" to their attention. Of course, that is after they invite you in.
