My 28 yo son has Aspergers and Agoraphobia. I am very holistic and don't like medications so we have made some dietary changes and my son has improved somewhat. Naturapaths agree that disease or chronic conditions arise when we have #1 chemicals in our body, and #2 poor nutrition. They cure things with cleaning up the body and giving us what we need to be healthy: vitamins, minerals, Omegas, amino acids, etc etc.
People need to eat pure, whole foods in their natural state or it is just a matter of time before they suffer. At the same time everyone needs to avoid chemicals in our environment as much as possible.
One big mistake people make is thinking that organic food is "too expensive", yet they just end up paying more for drugs and medical care....so they are not saving afterall. They not only get diseases and conditions, they age faster. It's their choice...
