I dont see it as being brave but rather the will to survive. I'd rather not conquer my fears as then I wont deem it fit to do the things to survive in the given moment. IOW fear pushes me.handshake

I think we do conquer our fears...perhaps not permanently but for the time that's necessary so that we can survive the moment. It's what gives us strength to face similar situations in the future. cheers
