I read other people blogs but I do not always have comment, maybe because I am still searching for the answer too :) but if you really have faith then do not give up,those does not reply or can not accept you is not the one for you :D

I fully agree that appearances mean everything to many people. It is not typical for me to send an email to anyone and why bother when most of the time they are ignored.

Another thing is when people do view your profile and then never bother to contact you. There may be things you have in common with them, but since I am raising my 3 yr. old granddaughter this seems to be such a turn off. Jeez, it is like I am hunting for someone to help me raise her. NO thank you! I know this is a major factor because until I mentioned her I would get some responses, then it might be over how my legs look.

Anyone who has a problem with your opinion need to take a good look at themselves and ask how many times are they ever called upon. This is not a pity party, but a fact and those who see it as such I am certain have had a few parties of their own.

I found what you said to be true a lot of the time but I always respond to my emails even if its to say the chemistry is not there but we can certainly be friends....here is what I put on my profile:

"Also I realize that not everyone is for everyone or attracted to everyone, with that being said, I always respond to messages sent to me even if it is a polite decline and would appreciate the same in return. No one likes to be rejected but lets face it, there is no reason to be rude, just cause you are not my type or I am not your type, its nothing personal....if that is the case thanks for looking and or responding and good luck - there is someone out there for all of us.....: )"

I agree with you that if you email someone even if they are not interested in you they should have the common courtsey to say thanks for the contact and whatever.....
