ANNOYING NEIGHBORS

Everywhere i have ever lived i try to stay clear from the neighbors. I don't want relationships cause every time i show a little kindness it opens a big can of worms. I have lived in my n ew home for a year and up till a month ago, i didn't communicate with them. Then this bright shiny day, i was feeling good for a change, and I made the mistake of waving to them. It started the next day. They were coming to my huse every half hour wanting me to take them somewhere, bum a cigarette, or borrow my car. I only have liability so i dont like others driving my car. Well they had a death in famiuly and no way to get to services so i loaned them my car. Big Mistake, it got worse and worse and one day they showed up and i went off like a wild person, then i put a NO TAXI sign on my car. They havent asked again. lol. Now yesterday they had their electric turned off and who do you think has to store their frozen foods and let them use myphone. I get more calls from them than i do for myself. WHAT DO I DO, on top of this they live in a filthy urine soiled house with eight cats and eleven dogs and i cant stand to smell them. First time i took them somewhere it smelled so bad in my car i ask them all to check their shoes because i thought surely someone stepped in poop. well, it was them. they come to my house, bring the funky odor and carry in a bunch of fleas. is their a Human Pest Control that i dont know about. People take my kindness as a weakness and they take advantage of me. HOW DO I AVOID THIS, CAN I SPRAY THEM WITH FEBREEZE AND FLEA SPRAY BEFORE THEY COME IN, HIDE MY CIGARETTES, COKE. I can have my door locked with Do Not Disturb Sign and they still knonck, knock, knock
