Why Lie?

My girlfriend has her eyes set on this little cutie from one of the small islands. I keep telling her to be careful but she talks to him often and believes whatever he says. Now he is gone on on some suspicious business trip in some republic or the other.

I even tried to communicate with him and man was he something. He gets numbers and wants to meet you and stuff. They are getting pretty serious I believe and I think she is heading for a fall and there is nothing I can do. You are my last chance. Can somebody tell me how to get through to her?

This is one of my friends who has seen me through some of the roughest years of my life. The type of friend who you can depend on when times are tough. I have never had this type of friend before, a friend who celebrates my joys and cries when I am hurting. Usually my friends are around when life is good and disappear shortly when the sh*t hits the fan. But she never leaves and she keeps holding on til I come through it. I just don't know what else to do. I even told her about my communication with him but she has a simple explanation for everything.Some one tell me what else I can do please, please help me save my friend
