He Could Be Seen By The Neighbors..Trying To Get The Duct Tape Off Of His Mouth
Calls To The Local Police Department..Went No Where
Time And Time Again They Called....But No Action Was Taken
It Seemed That No One Cared At All For This Dogs Dilemma
Thats Why This Story Was Given The Name

That All Changed Though
Because There Was One Person.......Who Had Had Enough
He Climbed The Fence...Took The Tape Off Of This Poor Dogs Mouth
And Took Him Out Of There Altogether!
He Took The Dog Back To His House..Gave Him A Home There
