Isn't a man just a man?

Ladie What happens when you date a man of African decent? When African soccer players score a goal we all celebrate, and it's counted just like any other, same to movies etc but when it comes to dating it? is supprising to read.. "Not a man of African decent, no blacks" Why?
Blood that flows in our veins is the same.confused
