dunno bout the ratio but i get loads of women from the peoples republic of china,phillipines,united states, australia, must be a shortage of blokes in these countries or the leisure thinks an ulterior motive (nudge nudge mr passport officer, mr bank manager,or mr registry)

It doesn't matter what the ratio is if there is 1000 men and 1 woman if you catch that woman's eye with either your looks or your personality and you click then your on to a winner take a look at how you approach women/men and keep it light but be honest and treat people how you want to be treated and hopefully you will find what you seek
Where i live there is reputedly 3/5 women to each man but there's
still single men around see what i mean it's not how many women there are it's if you're doing the right thing to attract the type you want.
