It would be good to decriminalize low level drug offenders, tax payers spend on average 40-70 million dollars a year on keeping low level offenders locked up. If they do, great it would save taxpayers money. Go Obama, about time we have a president with brains.

Decriminalize and tax Marijuana. Our financial crisis would be over in weeks. Oh, but yeah, no money for Big Pharma, Big Paper, or Big Oil. Guess that's out.
