Beaches got me the first few times I watched it. Can more or less get through it now..depending on my mood.

I cant abide Angela Ashes...jesus what a load of cobblers..the book is wonderful but Hollywood has created the Begora Begorra Tilt to it that ruined it...
My dad is the same as your mum, LancerBora...he hates the movie will not even entertain the book at all..

its awful...really stops you in your tracks...how cruel the vincent de paul were all them years ago..not like now!!
and theres scenes where the little babys just die,from illness i guess werent even known back then...
its horrible-yet i think if anyone reckons they have tings bad-get that dvd out--it will change your mind !!!
