Oh molasses is "suet"...lol I've never heard it called that before.

I was given a pepper plant and had quite a harvest. These peppers weren't much bigger than the erasers you can slip on the end of a pencil. I chopped up three or four of these, put them in a spagetti sauce and let simmer a whole afternoon. Talk about hot, this sauce burned all the way down and out After that one sauce, I used those peppers sparingly
