Im off them 2 months now and have had no mad crazy breakdowns. Its all in the mind. You have to really want it. If its pressure from others it wont work.
I was off them a week and I read The Easy Way To Stop Smoking by Alan Carr. It helped to keep my mind positive.
Take each day as it comes and be proud of yourself for being smoke free.
