Certain I want to give up, mainly for financial reason, its crazy the price of them
i know when i started it was only 1.90 r somethin for 10 i think its ridiculus that smokers pay the price the whole time wot if the pints went up to a tenner there wud be outrage
try to keep yourself busy, if there not in sight and not in mind, you'll do ok, plus you'll find in time that food starts to taste better than before and your sense of smell increases too, i got stressed for one reason or another about something and started again, but for those few month i didn't smoke it was great.

Vicious, I even cried last weekend as I didn't have any and am 4 miles from the nearest shop.
Best of luck, try the gum. They're affordable enough like and don't look as daft as those pretend ciggie things.
