im 26 and have been chattin with someone from this site alot lateley we get along really well and we have been thinking about meeting up, but in our last conversation she told me that she is really only 17, so i gotta ask is that too young

Wow thats rough. I dont think she should be on here being under 18. The word strictly and the use of capitals kinda emphasizes that point. I would personally say yeah too young.

Just hope her father doesnt own a shot gun if you decide to go there.

In my opinion if you were 20 it would be marginal. If you were both 10 years older I wouldn't see a problem. If I was in your boots I wouldn't like the answer I have given.

When I was 18 I was seeing a 30yr - so I don't think there is an issue..... but if u ask my dad what his thoughts were at the time.... doh rolling on the floor laughing

O and as a side note - I am in my 30s now have dated a guy 18yrs my senior.... guess it depends on your taste and hers, as long as you both mutually agree then why not.....?? cheering

You want to settle down, yet she is only 17? do you think she really wants that?

The age thing may not be such an issue but for the fact you are ready to settle down........
