yes she is fine and so is mom she came into this world at 11:31 AM and she was 6 lbs. 9oz. and I have not seen her yet but she has ten fingers and eleven toes and all are webbed....
no not really she is a perfect little girl, I have not seen photos yet but she is beautiful ,this I know......
